I'm thinki... moreI went to ultrawide in camera mode, I tried 1×zoom and 2×zoom and the images were blurry, only at 5×zoom the image was clear and the touch auto focus on the screen does not respond or when I am only in camera mode for taking pictures and when I just holding the phone, it kept trying to focus the image of an object the camera is pointed at, but without success, so it's mostly blurry, and when I shake the phone, something in the camera sounds like it's rattling like a small piece of something!

I brought it to the authorized service center hoping for an explanation and just told me to have it replaced for $80. I tried to call the customer service hotline and an agent answered me after trying for 30 minutes. I demanded for replacement, but the agent said that since the 1-year warranty have already lapsed they will elevate the case to management and expect for a reply in 2-3 weeks. There was no reply after 3 weeks. I called the hotline again to followup using the service number assigned. The agent told me the same things as before with the previous agent I have talked to. The phone's battery is no longer charging, so I have it replaced at my own cost. After two weeks, software update request popped up so I give it a go, afterwhich a green line appeared at the center. After a week, it became two and another line appear after more than a week. Today, in less than a week it became four. I bought note 20 ultra since it boasts its capabilities especially on work-related activities. Well, its features may be satisfying but its unreliability have inconvenienced me a lot. My wife also purchased the latest galaxy S series before but blaced out after 1 year and 1 month. Samsung refused to replace or repair it at their cost simply because the 1-year warranty period have already lapsed, so ridiculous. From now on, we will boycott all Samsung products from gadgets to appliances... unreliable and very poor after sales support. Signing off.

It's still alive and working fine. I used to have some problems before with a Samsung s9. When I updated, I started to see some green lines on the screen. I don't like Samsung's policy of planned obsolescence

After updating to June 2023 security patches on my Note 20 ultra 5G, a thick geen line has appeared on the display. Samsung customer care has denied to take any responsibility and asked for about 350USD to change the display. Now the phone is worthless and Iam using another phone.

Anytime I use the internet network goes off within 10 minutes and it won't come on unless I restart the phone. Why is that and what can I do to resolve it

I'm rocking this phone on full blast every day for 3 years NO heating issues at all! Maybe folks should get off the substance your using. Also on the side note ..any iPhone you put up against is a downgrade YES ..a downgrade!

I love this phone it's awesome! No issues what so ever... one of the best phone that's out there! Far superior than any iPhone you put against.. yes iPhone 14 pro max is a downgrade compare to this phone! I can only imagine the galaxy S23 ultra. This phone I've used to it's limits full throttle everyday whether I'm using hotspot towards a laptop, playing video games, watching YouTube videos daily, watching movies, recording 8K videos, mutiscreen, screencasting and taking dozens of high quality pictures. Battery life is an all day phone and no heating issues what's so ever! 3 years of heavy usages and still no delays!

also gotta love the fact that this phone is on its last update, the iPhone 11 series are still getting updates and they're from 2019. I still like Samsung phones and would switch when my iPhone 13 is near Death's door.
