I am unable to download apps from the Google play store,it says no connection when I try to install. Anyone has a suggestion?

because they probably don't see a reason to sell another big phone when the galaxy ultra is a thing. I hate styluses, I just want a big, Galaxy S phone without it. too much to ask for in samsung's eyes, apparently.
