I've been using it 2yrs, Very rare cases phone got hangout problem. one time vibration motor gone. rather than battery backup, camera, sound quality all good.

had it for 2 years now. great battery (goes for 2 days doing basic stuff like browsing and youtube alot), gets software updates. good value for money and I think when I upgrade I will try to get new samsung with the same battery

Yeah I'm so satisfied with my m31, I've been using it about 2.5 years and it also works fine, now i switched to A33
