Update your mobile latest firmware...go settings > software update... All battery/hang /heat relative problems ..to avoid all issues update you phone...gud luck ...samsung

A fantastic phone at the price of Rs 15,000/- Excellent camera's big screen and above all the speaker a nice one, drawback is only one thing that is 32gb at that price seems ancient as competitors are offering 64 gb, and mediatek chipset samsung should switch to quad core. AMongst all phone companies Sasmung in the price range of 10k t0 30 k is durable and a superb company.

Over heat and bettary this not support castomer care he was not responding only software update me new phone purchasing 4 days purchasing dates in over heat my phone pls solved the problem or by new one phone or other company by new one mobile pls reply sir

its worst phone. ple dont buy, fingerprint sensor not working properly, camera also worst, sound not good. samsung wasting time & money about this phone.

Other than video quality it is a good phone. Videos and images looks darkish except in very bright light.

You are not providing an optional recording feature which was in my previous Vivo v3.. and which is very much essential now a days.. and your retailers say .. your company is not providing the feature, As though it is an achievement !!

J7 max, a good cell phone in a reasonable price. Cameras are good as compared to Huawei and Oppo. Battery life z extremely good. Never hangs even at heavy games. Overall a good one.
