ANSWER TO A PREVIOUS QUESTION:
It will work with T-Mobile's 21Mbps (HSPA+) internet, because T-Mobile is using 1900 frequency now for HSPA+ Technology now.
As far as with T-Mobile LTE technology , it should work but double check with T-Mobile. T-Mobile has been giving me different answers: One person told me that device must have LTE-1700 frequency and another one told me LTE-2100. And another one told it must have both 1700 and 2100.

I've had this over a month now and it's a superb phone. Try comparing it to the SIII mini i8190, the processor is faster, it has 4G and costs less. Only downside is the bloatware AT&T added to it eating up the RAM. I recommend this phone to those looking for a smaller alternative handset.

This is the LTE sold in the US by ATT.
Hence it operates only on 700/1700/2100 MHz.
This phone may not work on European LTE networks.
For them you should use the alternative model Samsung Galaxy Express I8730 for LTE 800/900/1800/2600.
No FM radio with RDS on both models.
