Worst phone ever! I know it's old at this point but it's a curse, even as a hand-me-down.
Would not recommend.

All is good except display burning issues. My phone burning display between 13 month with out any cracks or tap. lm very very upset for this problem and lm decided to good by Samsung and go to another platform. Thanks!

Very good phone. I bought it from the start. After aprox. 5 years, the only problems are: Camera lost quality; The phone is a little slower, typical for an android;
The battery cover is no longer glued properly due heat from summers. I was at high school with it, I worked 3 different jobs (Construction, bartender and a fabric with robots) with it and now I almost end the collage with it. Just 1 more year. Cheap doesn't mean they are not good or they will break soon

this phone will always have a spot in my heart. bought it at the start of university in 2018 and works flawlessly even still in 2023. kind of sad to have to let this phone go, will be upgrading to a S23 ultra in a week or two. will 100% recommend this phone if you are under budget. literally have 0 complaints about it. just don't expect to play any super heavy games on it.

Had the 4Gb/64Gb variant. This was my second phone after the low budget Huawei Y530 from 2014. Unsurprisingly it was way better in every aspect. I would say it was a good allrounder. The AMOLED display looked nice, processing power was alright as long as no demanding games were installed. With light to medium use the battery life was enough to last through a day for me. In good lighting conditions I really liked the main camera for the price. All in all I would still recommend it (as an entry level device) in 2023 if you can get one used at a very low price.
