To wipe cache:
Turn off the device.
Connect via USB to a computer or plug in USB-C Headphones
Press and hold the Volume Up key and then press and hold the Power key
When the Android logo displays, release the Power key.
Android system recovery menu options appear.
Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
Press Power key to select.
Press the Volume down key to highlight yes and press the Power key to select.
When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
Press the Power key to restart the device

Did clean cache and reset app permissions just in case but... moreIf you cannot do wipe cache, just do 3 or 4 charge and discharge cycles (13 to 98%) after every OS upgrade (update means within the same version ; upgrade means changing to a different version).
Guys, just stop the nonsense... Just enter recovery mode, don't install any ****** apps, sansung provide everything that you need..
Last update works fine, cache wiped, apps working smooth, update or not update is your own choice, only can speak from myself. By the way, UK update available since last Friday.

Device care does not clear the cache.
Force stop, clear cache and remove the app from the recent list after you have finished using it (except whatsapp, email and similar apps - just do clear cache for those apps).

One UI 5.1 started to stutter a bit, even when One UI home and System UI were set to unrestricted.
One UI 6 available in Lithuania. Till now after update phone work smooth. Important every major update wipe cache partition.
One UI 6.0 already available in Bulgaria
still using A52s since feb 22 battery is still good as new note i use protect battery 85% and never go below 20% very few times reached 5% and couple of times went to 100% example today 5hrs sot and 12.5 hrs screen off time from early morning 85% till now 22%( dark theme,60hz) phone had went through beating many many drops and flushed under water 3 times still doing good , thanks to samsung for this robust phone untill they show us a newmidrange with sd soc I am not willing to change , i didnt got convinced with s23fe maybe when the launch s24 ultra , s23 ultra price drops will consider to get it

More available information suggests most devices/areas will get it in Dec (some even this month, some older ones next year as usual). I'd bet in Dec it will be here for most of us. Unless you mean S.Korea, Idk how fast it works there so no comment on that.
Personally I'm considering to not be among first ones who update since my phone is highly anf conveniently customized to my needs and some changes may turn out ro be a disadvantage (namely the new quick panel layout hmm).
