He wanted Samsung because he likes OneUI features and despises the Chinese brands. Yeah, the phone doesn't lag like others say. It is good enough for basic use such as calling, texting, whatsapp, youtube, some we browsing (mostly Wikipedia and such). Only things I would have changed with this phone are at the very least UFS 2.1 storage and dropping display resolution to 720p for further performance gains.

it's performing normally. it is not lag as mentioned in previous comments .
used more than one month .
satisfied about performance according to its hardware capability .

it was written that the screen uses gorilla glass 5, but it turned out to be just ordinary glass...really disappointed

I'm facing an issue with my A13! I miss whatsapp calls on my phone as it doesn't ring which is pretty annoying, I checked all the settings but nothing helped. Any solution?

Just bought 2nd hand for £ 100 . Nice piece of kit. V.similar specs to Oppo I've been using. But, seems smoother, more ways to customise etc.
Take a photo, and it's there, done, not flashing & clicking about and appearing like it may get beamed up / may not.
Took a while to find out a screenshot is similar, just a quick clik, not holding the buttons in.
Useful gallery & file managers for a change. Can control the mifi thru the wifi setting, no need to find & launch an AOSP chromium browser.
