I own Lumia 520.
~Touch response is very smooth comparing to any Android device (but especially a cheap one).
~Texting is superior without any "Swipe" nonsense!
~The scrolling is smooth just like on any Apple device.
The only thing I don't understand is why Microsoft don't enable selecting multiple contacts on windows phones. This is unacceptable because this is the basic phone feature that is present on any $20 phone!
Additionaly, nicer themes and optional menu styles would be nice (I hate these stupid tiles without space, especially when most have the same color).

STOP CHILDISH COMMENTS THAT BLINDLY CRITICISE ANDROID OR MICROSOFT!
PROS OF WINDOWS PHONE:

~Lag free smooth scrolling (Android still lacks it)
~Default Keyboard is superior with squared keys, proporztional layout and very smooth touch recognition (android devices still lack it)
~No annoying shortcuts or menus that pop up here and there like on android devices
CONS OF WINDOWS PHONE:
-----
~Can't select multiple contacts at ones (Come on Microsoft!)
~Can't create folders (Come on Microsoft!)
~Takes too many clicks to create or edit a contact
~Lack of different themes and menu styles (not everyone likes tiles that are so close to each other and have the same color)

Great phone so far. I updated it to dev edition wp 8.1 totally different than first day with wp8. Still have my Droid maxx xt1080. Alot of things I like about it still. Ativ camera is great, keyboard lacking compared to swiftkey but still very responsive phone. Battery life better than expected, not a maxx battery still but oh well.

So much excited for this phone. Good move Samsung now we are about to see some real phones.
Built is awesome.
No lag.
Huge battery due to Windows.
Samsung style.
Samsung reliability.
Easy use.
+ all 8.1 with its new features.
I think now people are gonna enjoy using phones because WP is awesome seriously use it once even I was against it before but after using Lumia 920 then Galaxy S3, now Sony Xperia C, I am in love with Windows very good xperience really a proper phone.
