while testing video playback, what do you do with the audio? do you turn on the loudspeaker and set the volume level? or just silent it? or do you use earphone for the audio output?

You should put brightness for example at 150 cd level, not just 50% - this means some devices will give dim screen, some much brighter.

Battery life testing at 50% brightness is not the best approach as display technologies handle brightness percentages differently. It would be better if this method is changed from brightness percentage to brightness level (200 cd/m2 or 250 cd/m2. This will make the test more practical.

Why are no Lenovo models like the p780, s860, and Z2 Vibe Pro, included in the battery tests? They have 4000mah power and I am sure their battery test results would be interesting to compare with other more popular brands.

The Lesser the Contrast Ratio for Black the Better.
AMOLED have the Perfect Black with cd/m^2 of Zero.

When comparing two displays, it is best to compare the contrast ratios.

Hello,
given common use cases of the mobile phones nowadays, which include GPS navigation, it would be great if the testing could measure also the navigation. Although the laboratory test limitations it will be useful to us. For example, high precision location acquired with a fixed timestep, screen on, and cell phone located on a rotating device, so that "google maps" is forced to redraw the map.
