I have using 9a last 1 month , all are good but network is very bad ,
Heavy net work problem, same sims I was used in one pluse 11 r last 2 years but never I have faced these type problem,
I was dispoint,,pixel 9a

When I had my Pixel 8 i turned on Secure Folder and installed Facebook, Messenger, Photos, Files and Drive amongst others.
I noticed that when i was trying to upload photos from Facebook in the Secure Folder the app could not "find" my photos. Why is that?
Can somebody help please?

My new pixel 9a is great except for one thing.. I can send out a text message but can NOT receive a text. What am I missing? I have tried many thing but no go. Did I miss something on the set up? Thanks for any help

How can you have its design simultaneously as a pro (calling it no-nonsense) AND a con (calling it uninspired)? Given the list of pros that cover basically everything a user would care about (solid UI with long support, solid battery life, great camera) and relatively non-crucial cons this phone deserves a higher rating than 4

Rumors are Pixel 10 will use same sensor as 9a, which is really disappointing... Wouldn't be surprised if 11a would use a 1/2.51" sensor. Such a pitty. Feels like Google is following Sony's footsteps. I mean, how many Xperias have you seen in the wild? Out of 20 people I know, only 1 has an Xperia 10 III.

It is what it is.Strangely, Samsung nowadays do not overprocess their photos, so it may have more noise, but the textures come out natural. Some people may not like it but I do. If/ when they change to a bigger sensor ...the quality will be great.

I am sorry... morePixels lost their spot around pixel 6 era when they changed their photo processing method. Went from targeting natural textures and processing to ultra-detailed, ultra-processed, sometimes oversharpended look (especially people's faces). Also, the A series never had the best hardware, and this 9a has one of the tiniest sensors XD. (makes the bad processing more obvious)

Also am I the only one that has seen up close the actual sample pictures GA posted? I am sorry, but they are atrocious - the cars and especially the taxi on the first picture are over process mess with chromatic artefacts, the grass around the office buildings on the next pictures lacks any kind of real details, just splotches of green pixels, the 2x zoom is even worse blurry mess, the ultrawide pictures are having heavily smeared corners, and the level of detail on the buildings on the night shots is hilariously low, just a bunch of smeared, processed pixels that wipe any kind the fine textures on the marble walls on the buildings. This is easily one of the worst looking cameras on a new 600EUR phone and it looks like the "Pixel look" is no longer a sign of real life quality.

Is this still a negative point? Which mobile phone comes with ... moreMost Chinese brands do bar I think realme doesn't for a few phones and Xiaomi doesn't for a few phones in certain continents (if I remember correctly).
Actually most Chinese brands still offer a type C to jack dongle and generally a decent case for the phone, I did with my find X5 (like an easy £100 extras in the box for free, 80w charger, designer case and dongle).

Sarkirssian, 01 May 2025This is a phone, not a camara...So what are the most negative points of the phone? Only if it's because it only has two cameras or maybe only 8g of RAM. But only time will tell if these are problems... There are less good phones with better reviews. I don't understand the criteria. That's all.
