Yes, samsung fold and google fold and also xiaomi fold are all over priced but what Honor doing is beyond limits.
I'm not sure you can process this much information, good luck.

I currently have a China version 16+1tb, and I wonder whether it works well with US carriers.

Also the V3 is technically the better device than the Samsung Fold 6 in every single way.

This device is legit the foldable to go for until at least when Oppo / OnePlus release their device

Crazy company 🤔😂
Came from a fold 6 and this phone is the best hardware I've used. Magicos could use a little bit more refinement but I'm still taking this over Samsung. Is that the Chinese version and does google works properly on it since its chinese version not the global one ? Can you help with some info pls.Items received are all in good condition. Very satisfied with the phone.
How the F is that a "torture" test? Let's see it bent backwards and THEN speak about the thinness.
the first picture i saw on the review page - every foldable out there is so squarish when open up. from day one since samsung launch its first foldable phone didn't like the design till now. will wait until someone finally comes out with a true foldable - no crease no squarish form factor large battery & probably extendable or rollable design. right now a normal phone & tablet is a better option both price wise & usability.

The V3 (and likely other Honor phones too of recent times) has an option enabled by default, that reduces battery capacity by 20%. So there's a big chance that GSMArena tested the battery with just 80% of the capacity of 5150 mAh.
Why? It's the same as with some electric cars, where you have an option to only charge to 80% to extend the life and well being of the battery. One could argue that it might be smarter for Honor to have this option disabled by default so that everyone starts with 100% capacity and those planning to hold loooooong term can then turn this setting on. But for whatever reason they decided to enable it by default. I think this might be why GSMArena test has pretty bad results while almost everywhere else the battery life is good or even very good (and at the very least average).
That said, after 6 days of using this phone as a somewhat of a heavy user due to my work, I havnt had any issues with battery life so far. When I used the Fold5 I had more issues than with the V3 now. And I still have that 80% limit thing enabled.
And I have to say that holy jeebus I love this phone. Some things work with a weird logic compared to One UI/Samsung Folds, but you really just have to figure it out once and then it comes naturally. Only slight problem has been Android Auto crashing while wireless charging, likely due to overheating. My Fold5 would stop wirelessly charging very soon too and complain about heat, but at least it didnt crash the Android auto. So I just try to not charge while driving and it's fine. EVERYTHING else is way better than on the Folds, though (cant speak for stylus though, dont have Honor Magic Pen, did enjoy Fold and S24U stylus tho)
Can't trust your battery life test. You also rated my Magic5pro very low and I had both S23U alongside for a while. M5Pro is sooooo far ahead in battery life, its not even funny, while your claim is reverse... and also, every V3 battery test i've seen yet, also claims awesome battery life, contrary to your test.
To imagine someone can out hi res hdr raw from hi res sensor, it's really great to have them...
Since my Honor 70 did a firmware update to Magic 8.0 it's become a nuisance. Constantly freezing. Voice assistant doesn't work correctly and keeps turning off even though it says it's on.

My Honor Lite 200 bought on 2nd August. On 5th used it for first time, sim tray spoiled. Told by service centre that need to pay additional Rm 850 for the RM 1299 phone because warranty doesn't covered. Until today, still haven't claimed for service centre. Nobody at Honor follow up.
