S3 + S4 combined for more than 150 million units sold (mini were not included here)
S7 + s7 edge for about 46 million.
S23u between 9 - 10 million, S23 between 8-9 million.

You are right in this statement only, but you are wromg to mention why it happens. This is happening because:
1. Galaxy S series is expensive from the beginning. In the beginning, S may be sold well because no so many direct competitors. Now, people ve got many choices.
2. Galaxy S series is expensive so that not so many people can buy it. How many people can buy the cheapest Ferrari when they know all cars will have the same road?
3. Galaxy S is expensive always. The new S will come with the price.

Just admit the S series never sold well in the world of mobile phone history. The rating number mean nothing to help and convince global consumer go out immediately buying it because flagship market is full of competition come from many brand including the iphones.
World perception of this S brand still negative and so many issues raise by people that owned it.

Smaller batteries can handke higher charging currents without heating. 50W on 2000 mAh battery produces less heat than Samsung's 45W charging on a 5000mAH battery. Using oneplus 5T charger will heat up your battery longer than using 100W charger. At 100W charging. your battery spends less time at higher temps.
USB PD will also heat up your oneplus as voltage conversion will now happen inside your phone instead of the charger like oneplus intended causing heat build up.

This is a great device, although my friend who owns it reported the Spen feeling really cheap and plasticky. Which is inexcusable for the price. Also the back design is bland!

If you recharge them daily, battery gonna be awful after 1 year.
Ppl here believe phones are any different?

I got the new Oneplus 12 with the ultra fast charger, but on something I read awhile back I choose to charge my "12" using the older Oneplus 5T charger. While the 12 is charging it lets me know that it is not using the ultra fast charging, thus it does take about 30 minutes longer to get to 100%, but it saves the battery from using that ultra fast charger.
I'm in no way an engineer or expert on this stuff, but I just follow "best practice" based on things I have read about the trade-off of using super fast charging. I would prefer my battery last many more years.

Video shows the variant with snapdragon wipes the floor without mercy with the variant powered by crappynos 2400.
- photos have higher quality
- phone runs at lower temperature (crappynos show high temperature message while doing 4K@60) , difference of 9 celsius while gaming.
- longer battery endurance , crappynos variant turned off while snapdragon one still had 17% battery left.

I like the return to a flat screen, and despite the complaints I prefer the more toned down display. I'm surprised that the battery life falls short of the 15 Pro Max though, I was expecting it to be more power efficient.
Maybe some under the menu settings need tweaking? Samsung still make the best all rounder Android phones in the world.

Nik, 14 Feb 2024I cannot understand how charging speed of the Ultra S24 can be a complain - I know of people, ... more1 year with x90 pro+ battery health 95% , here's something that might amaze you, you are NOT FORCED to use the fast charger when you don't need, simply charge in a hurry, vacantions etc, is so good to have it there when needed and simple don't use it when you don't need it. Such an expensive phone should give you options not old tech.

Jpegs are too disgustingly "enhanced" that you do not see difference until you look at raw files (those unprocessed raws).
