I purchased this phone during Flipkart BBD sale for ₹21500/-. Apart from the camera, the phone is an absolute joy to use. I have updated it to the latest security patch and the experience has been seamless so far.

Great phone, but the main cam just doesn't cut it for me
I know that its kinda meant to be a budget 'gaming' phone, but still, it would have been wonderful with an IMX 766 or similar

Headphone jack (F5 and Turbo) and the Turbo's 1Tb option alleviates the pain of not having sd card slot.
Surprisingly, the existence of this 3.5mm port doesn't stop users from using wireless earbuds. Really makes you think.
And wired sets are superior over wired since they cause zero interference with gaming.

I knew from the beginning this was going to become a fan favorite. The price to performance ratio is matched only by select, older, second hand flagships.
It's only downside are the cameras, and still they're not that bad.

I have a second unit and the quality seems to vary quite a bit. The first one had more precise feel of the lock button and less precise fingerprint reader.
The bad thing is that the android auto over cable does not work in my Benz.

this phone is more than enough for 95% of people in the world.. it has it all, beast performance, fast charging, good camera, one of the best Android skin, very very big base storage (256GB), good battery life.. does anyone want more?

It's just horrible to see Xiaomi limiting the phone to 4k 30fps max when the chipset and camera can do 4k 60fps.

This is my first phone which I didn't found many cons. My previous mid range phone were good but all of them left something to be desired. Like no Netflix prime video HDR, and lack of 90fps in pubg and I couldn't tweak display color, like turning blue channel to zero when I have eye strain. This has all the little things I wanted, except fast charging, I was used to get my phone charged within 28 minutes from 50 watt charger, and even tho this has 67 watts, it takes way more time.

I want the Harry Potter edition so badly. I never really cared about limited runs except this and the League of Legends Oppo Find X2(?) that came in a huge green and gold box.
