OPPO Find N3’s “Premium Service” is a Complete Disaster – No Support for 2 Weeks!
I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with OPPO’s so-called “premium service support” for the OPPO Find N3. The service has been nothing short of a nightmare—zero accountability, endless delays, and no real customer support.
Serious Display Failure Just 4 Months After Purchase
I purchased the OPPO Find N3 just four months ago, expecting a high-quality device.
Suddenly, a colored line appeared in the foldable area, and within a day, the entire display stopped working completely.
The phone has no physical damage—this is clearly a manufacturing defect.
Since I am currently abroad, I followed OPPO’s official service process and sent my phone back to India for repair.
OPPO Service Center – Zero Action, False Promises
My friend submitted the phone to the OPPO Authorized Service Center - Chennai (Porur, Kundrathur Road) as instructed by OPPO customer support.
Instead of diagnosing the issue, they only took a photograph of the device and logged my friend’s mobile number for tracking.
They promised a response within two days—but it has now been two weeks, and OPPO has done absolutely nothing.
No Updates, No Accountability – 2 Weeks of Frustration
My friend has called the Porur service center more than five times, and no one answers.
Centralized customer support is completely useless, repeatedly saying “Try calling the service center”—but what’s the point if the service center never responds?
OPPO’s own support team has no control over their service centers—this is unacceptable.
“Premium Service” – Just a Marketing Gimmick?
OPPO sold the Find N3 with “premium service support”, which is supposed to mean fast and priority assistance.
Instead, I am stuck abroad with no working phone, no support, and no resolution.
Is this what OPPO calls premium service? Because right now, it feels like a scam.
BEWARE Before You Buy OPPO
If you face a defect, don’t expect fast service or any real support.
OPPO’s “premium service” is just words on paper—no action, no accountability.
If OPPO doesn’t resolve this immediately, I will escalate this to consumer rights forums, social media, and legal authorities.

I definitely hope the next Find N5 Flip ditches the circular camera island and goes back to a vertical camera layout like in the Find N2 Flip. I think Oppo are on to something with the outer screen design, especially when it has a near 16:9 aspect ratio. If Oppo allows any apps to be used on the outer screen without much fuss (I'm looking at your unnecessary Good Lock solution, Samsung), this could be a perfect foldable flip phone for me.

Anonymous, 07 Nov 2023Very tru putting so much money in a phone is such a wasteI only spent max £400 on an phone in my life.. MIne Oppo Reno8 Pro 5G cost me only £350 from facebook marketplace and it was brand new.. unwanted upgrade .. was normally £600
I always know where to scavenge bargains and cheaper.. not like rush naive ppl buing stupid money for just some phone jeeez..

But it's only available on global version of find n3 flip, if you buy it from china you need to use oppo clone photo who is the better solution like google.

To Be honest I don't care about the edge-to-edge screen since it is foldable, the goal of the outside screen is more about notification.

Just imagine taking any current phone with a big circular rear camera island and flipping it. I don't think you can put any screen on it. At best, you have to put the second screen on the second half of the phone body.

I'm extremely impressed by the telephoto camera on this phone, its 5x shots seem to be capturing far more resolved details than the 2x shots. It easily rivals dedicated 3-4x telephoto cameras on many other phones.
It definitely makes me wonder why manufacturers are not adopting RGBW sensors for the main cameras, because, from what I have seen, the loss in colour resolution is very minimal under any circumstances, and usually the crop zoom/full resolution photos look significantly more natural and less artifact-y than those from a Quad Bayer counterpart.

From these angles, it looks like a kids toy from a dollar store
and while it may be quite good.
I think it's an awful lot of money for early adopting.
