India is the biggest with 19.56 % of the visits on this site.
Second is Indonesia with 18.54 %
Philippines is third with 8.2%
USA 5.06%
Malaysia 4.67%
and so on
gsmarena may be located in Belgium, but the audience/visitors are primarily from Asia :-)
Perhaps this explains the more diversity in phones there as people actually take the time to find the best device for their needs, instead of just buying one from the manufacturer with the biggest marketing muscles. Bigger markets as well.
Meanwhile Vivo and Oppo are barely present in some European countries. Tecno only has one device here, and solely in a store that does not officially import and distribute, but gray imports only.

if they can make midrange and somewhat lowrange phones with a smaller frame that would be much better than these flips, people are tired of phablets FFS.
also, the heating issue isn't really an issue if you don't play games on the phone, so the majority of its buyers are safe.

With that heating, this phone is DOA.
Don't know why GSMa are bothering with it, even trying to justify it price wise.
So if you have to leave the phone to cool down, otherwise you will burn yourself, that's a Health & Safety issue.

Best if you get a normal bar phone instead. It has so many better specs, and this phone's screen most likely can't last any more than 2 years.

Normal Tecno with D8050 cost around $250 flip cost around $650 that's 160% premium.
Normal Samsung phone with sd 8 gen 2 $800 and z flip 5 is $1000 that's just 25% premium from s23.

There were better soc which could easily sustain perfomance like D1080, Sd 778G etc but These guys always use discounted soc.

If you g... moreIt used to be, maybe the north americas are but in the uk I'd say its more like 5/10 use iPhone, 4/10 use samsung and 1/10 for every other brand combined (you could argue its more like 4.5/10 for samsung and iphones).

Even Razr with with sd 7 gen 1 manage better score.
