I have F5 with the 8GB ram version and i was reading manhwa when i was sick and got like 12-14 hours of screen time till the battery drop under 20% and i set it to charge. Also i had screen brightness turned to 50%
Doing like something 1-2 hours of screen time a day and my battery last 3-4 days without charging. If you have brightness maxed out and have 10 hours per day screen time then there are no other phone out there that will last you more then a day. Well if you dont use these rugged phones that have like 10.000mAh plus batteries phones that is.

I even hate the UD Fingerprintscanner. U should always be careful what screen protector to use or u will have a bad unlocking experience! I love the side mounted one on thr Zenfone 9 and hated the under display one on Zenfone 8

It seems to be a trend for most Youtubers to whine how a midrange phone lacks flagship features. Just like how Marques Brownlee complaining about the Pixel 7a lack of wireless charging and 60hz. Google addressed those but ended up making the 7a launch at a higher price than the normal 7.

More versatile according to who? I for one have always envied Sonys because Sony get this right (like many other things like not falling for notches or punchole cameras): side mounted fingerprint sensors are the right choice, tech works great universally and you can actually use the sensor for gestures unlike under-display sensors (actually I don't care about this but if we are talking about versatility we have to mention it). You still have major youtubers complaining about the under-display fingerprint sensors for flagship phones which is hilarious and 100% unnecessary when side-mounted tech works so well.

I specifically chose the Poco F5 BECAUSE it has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. I own(ed) two phones, Xiaomi Mi 9T and Samsung Galaxy S21, with UD fingerprint sensors and both suck(ed).
My girlfriend has a Pixel 6a and completely disabled her UD sensor and opted for oldschool Pattern Lock because the sensor is such utter crap.

Under display fingerprint will not perform as expected if you put a screen protector
If your hand is sweat or wet under display will not work

Both have their pros and cons,but for the life of me I don't see any being the better option..

so gsma, you say the side-mounted finger print scanner is a cons? how do you consider under display finger print scanner is better than side-mounted?? even for effectiveness in use, side mounted is much easier and more effective...! imagine when you have to hold your smartphone with one hand so that your other hand can stick your finger properly on the screen..! not to mention if you decide to install a screen protector etc...! Even when your smartphone screen needs to be replaced, it will cost you more than a side-mounted finger print scanner smartphone

How come nobody is saying anything about the fact that this smartphone is the most powerful mid range Smartphone, running on powerful Snapdragon 7+Gen 2. You'll are just talking about display and camera. If you're looking for Camera then go for Redmi Note 12 Pro+🤷
