Fa14bi, 10 Jan 2023Motorola gives one update any 2-3 months on any phone, the price class doesn't matter. It depends on the model.
G72 receives security updates every two months.
Good effort. Good phone for the money. But with the same money, Samsung A33 is a little bit better.
Anonymous, 08 Jan 2023Has anyone notice this?....... 108 mp image of moto g72 is having same level of details equal... moremakes sense, it's a smaller Sensor so simply doubling the resolution won't double the detail. But it's nice that it can keep up with flagships in daylight in that regard
Minu, 10 Jan 2023It is. You get what you pay forMotorola gives one update any 2-3 months on any phone, the price class doesn't matter.

Anonymous, 08 Jan 2023Update policy is very bad it is below par and the same level as Chinese phones. I suggest you ... moreThis is why I recommend Nokia over Lenovo. Lenovo phones have good specs at a lower price but Nokia manages to give better updates while having slightly less specs (that wouldn't be very noticeable in day to day life)
Still think this looks like the best configured Moto G in quite long time. They have dumped FM-radio on many phones lately too. This just has to drop 50 bucks or so in price and we got an ok budget phone deal without the bloatware stuff
Anonymous, 08 Jan 2023Glad that someone else noticed the amount of misinformation and straight-up lies being peddled... moreI honestly dont hate Xiaomi, but MIUI is a terrible looking skin. EMUI is the worst, with it emulation iOS.
MIUI maybe should improve and try to look like FlyMeOS (the only good thing Meizu had going for it) or perhaps ColorOS.
As for performance, I dont remember any Xiaomi device getting slowed down with time, something that does happen with OneUI/TouchWiz (and that it didnt happen with Samsung Experience UX, mind you)
another day, another Motorola phone with a boring and misconfigured camera
and with mediatek, without you cannot solve with Gcam
Ooinaru, 07 Jan 2023What about Moto's update policy, is it still shit? I wish they would have been more trans... moreUpdate policy is very bad it is below par and the same level as Chinese phones. I suggest you to purchase a quality phone like the Nokia X30 or G60 which is cheaper. I use a X30 and it's simply great, monthly updated, guaranteed OS upgrades.

Yoedi16, 07 Jan 2023Some bullshit about MIUI in daily basis here lol, no freaking rom will wear anyone SOC/Phone i... moreGlad that someone else noticed the amount of misinformation and straight-up lies being peddled by some individuals here. For these people, all bad things about MIUI should immediately be accepted as truth . But if anyone say something positive about MIUI, he immediately got branded as a Xiaomi shill.
These same people even accused GSMarena editors of being paid to say good things about MIUI. Xiaomi users know MIUI is not perfect. But at least provide substantiated claim instead of saying some unproven BS like MIUI wears down CPU faster than other UIs.
Ooinaru, 07 Jan 2023What about Moto's update policy, is it still shit? I wish they would have been more trans... moreWith it using a G series chip (didn't even bothered to use a Dimensity 900) forget getting timely updates.
After using it for 2 weeks it is difficult to update we have reset and update it.
Pros: good cam, good battery average for 7 hrs if you use 60 hz more than a day u get
Cons: heat while charging
Bugs with wifi
Overall good for 15k or below not more than that
