This phone has a serious problem with the microphone. It's almost impossible to record decent sound, it constantly fades out and you have to shout. Forget about recording video with decent sound!

I previously used a moto G7 plus for the past 4 years. I recently broke the screen so I ended up buying this Motorola. To be honest compared to the G7 the Motorola g72 is not very good and to be honest I feel like I wasted my money.. I would rather just buy a G7 again at this point. The camera is not very good the videoing is absolutely awful.. The sound pickup is even worse.. the screen is nice and bright but the G7 plus had better camera, better sound and felt faster. This phone is extremely slow compared to what they advertised it to be. Well it holds me over for now but honestly I'm ready to get rid of it and I owned it for a couple days 😂 Old Motorola phones are excellent but like with all companies these days, as the phones become newer they're made to be replaceable.. The Moto G7 plus lasted 4 years and would keep going if I didn't break the screen... I doubt this Motorola will last even one year 😆 maybe they make this phone boring on purpose so we have to keep buying newer models 😕 so in all honesty very disappointed but hey it is what it is.. Only $142 so I guess I can't complain too much..

I was very happy with this product since last week.but nowadays after the updation I'm facing green and pink vertical lines in my phone.

Good display, great brightness-probably best for this price, however shame no HDR support,very light with big battery life,clean and fast,UI,Camera ,not for gamers but performance is good enough,could be a bit better photos also but again it's acceptable for this class.

This page is irrelevant,moto G72 is a solid phone,whit great display, battery,very light,solid cameras for 220e you can't go wrong... maybe the best low mid range phone...

Depends on your expectations. Samsung will give you 5G. The phone is rather ugly (personally I hate the design os of the A series , they all look like a cheap copy of the S series... 0 personality)
Moto will give you a better screen (brighter and higher refresh rate), great Dolby Atmos sound, better battery life.
Samsung will give better software support and as stated 5G

Phenomenal phone for it's price. I honestly don't care about 5G. For the price you get a screen above it's class, general good performance , nice photos (it won't amaze you, but enough to get the job done right).
For 229€ it's a good offer, I'm more than willing to sacrifice 5G for better internals. It will give a run for it's money, the screen is very nice and bright too

xcv, 10 Jan 2023It depends on the model. G72 receives security updates every two months.I have the security patches updated to October 2022... is this normal??
