kucsatax, 02 Oct 2023and how about the camera. iam also a pixel 3a user. It's ok, depends on how picky you are and what you're gonna use it for I guess. Photos taken with the stock camera app look fine, but with GCam I can't really tell much of a difference between 3a/Neo when looking at the photos directly on the phone, but maybe there is when looking on a bigger screen, haven't tried sorry.

I am amazed by this phone. Although it has slower CPU, its quite enough for every day using if you are not a hard-core gamer. Display is very, very good, colors and saturation are almost perfect, picture is clear and sharp (and eye friendly, can reduce pwm). Some reviews mention display has 1B of colors and is HDR DCI-P3 capable... It is very readable under direct sun, too (brightness goes over 1100 nits!) and battery is durable. Sound is 9/10 both speakers and headphones (thanks to Dolby). It would be perfect 10 if system could be a bit louder. Clear voice. Fast charging (40-50 mins 0-100%). Fast gps. Splash resistant. Gorilla protection. This is compact phone, lightweight and with some nice added Moto functions which are unique (gestures for camera and flashlight, wake watch, back tap, ready for pc, etc.). Pearl colors of back are nice touch too. Only cons here are slower chip (not important to me) and mediocre night cameras (during bright day photos are excellent). I would like rounded back for easier one-hand grip. For the price of 300 euros Edge 30 Neo is very good option in compact segment (68W charger included!).

Got one for $250, previously had Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite (4g).
This phone is much better in every way. Screen is amazing, battery life incredibly good. I was sceptical about SD695 but It's very fast without any stutter in everyday use. Quick charge, compact phone, zero regrets. Absolutely recommend this phone to people who hate large bricks(160mm+)

Anonymous, 01 Dec 2022What are the haptics and camera like compared to the 12x.? Tried the phone in the store with a Xiaomi 12x nearby as well, so I could compare.
The haptics are really good on the Neo. They are similarly accurate and punchy just like on the 12x, problem is they were a little weaker, but I assume you could increase strength in settings (didn't bother to tho). Also, the haptics aren't as well integrated in the system as Xiaomi's (eg there are no vibrations if you bring up the volume slider like on the 12x). Way above average haptics than you'd expect for a phone that (in my country) costs €290.
Camera though is barely passable, if you aren't shaky handed they will come out fine. I hear low light is quite bad. Video is really bad for some reason, there are visible blocks of pixels in dark areas for some reason. I'd say the 12x is better. Don't go for this phone if you value camera.

Just one complaint… addicted now to my phone 📞📞. How I missed my compacts
Anonymous, 19 Oct 2022Why did you switch from the Xiaomi 12x?Mostly accidental touches from curves. Increased to maximum the ignore area but they drove me nuts. Loved the size loved the screen, phone does feel more premium compared to moto (glass metal). But now I would not change back, this one is feather light and battery is equally good. 7-8hrs on adaptive refresh and 4g only.

I see that Motorola phones usually have quite higher Sar Values (like PixeL)
Can anyone recommend a good tempered glass screen protector for this phone? Can’t seem to find any with good reviews

Moved from my Xiaomi 12x to this one. 1 week so far. All great. Less small things to set, more clean android. So light! Amazing feeling after all this 180+g phones. Camera is shit same like Xiaomi (I am iPhone user in past 12 years) but I don't care. Handy, fast enough, great screen. 8hours screen on time with adaptive rr and I loooove the weight. And there is normal proximity sensor unlike virtual in Xiaomi and no curved screen that used to drive me mad. I almost bought s22 but happy I found this one in Spanish Amazon for 329€ with 128GB. Offers pretty much same screen look, better battery and I couldn't care less for those cameras and processors
