From 2020 onwards ever phone camera even crappy chines ones are decent if you don't pixel peep, and just watch them on phone screen or share them on socials where they get compressed to oblivion...
Except for videos where iphone excels, picture are just that

Not a fan of the company but have to admit their top of the line devices perform like top of the line should. Kudos to engineers!
Shame they couldn't figure out the udc face id/cameras, would be pretty much perfect phone (minus slow charging). Maybe next year.

It is $1099 in USA. Then you remove local taxes and add taxes of Czechia.
Still, proce would never be $1462 (€1500).
Bizarre that Apple, Samsung and Xiaomi increase 50, 80, 100, 150% the price for some regions.

Yes, it's premium, yes it does have some nice features. But, in the end is just a device.
You can get pretty decent phones at around 500EUR.
I paid for my S21 FE 500EUR (unsealed device with 24 months warranty). And I am pretty sure is not 3 times worse than the iPhone 14 Pro Max. Maybe just in battery. The rest is flagship level.
But people will still be people. And there will always be the ones who will accept paying 1,500EUR for a normal smartphone. Probably even 2,000EUR, if it will come to that sum.

A lack of TypeC port, Esim only in US and price hikes outside the US market, are some drawbacks on an otherwise great flagship device.
