Not interested in it but that 3:45 hr improvement for browsing and 2 1/2 hr improvement for video playback would be nice to have. The rest is pretty much the same. The Razr 2022 looks more interesting.

Four generations of Z Flip, and yet Samsung still can't put DeX in it. For a phone with a flagship-grade SoC, Samsung should have no problem putting DeX in the Z Flip. The S22 has the same battery capacity as this Z Flip4, and yet it does have DeX.

Current phones have much more power than necess... moreSnapdragon 8+gen 1's light mode (power save mode) can perform 10-20% better than Snapdragon 865 while limiting the maximum clock.
Even in graphics performance, you can double the performance with less power.

Current phones have much more power than necessary. Everyone should use power saving modes, if performance matches 865. That is powerful enough.

Samsung's new product offers two modes of use in its battery settings. The second mode, called light mode, is Samsung's new feature that improves battery and sustainability while lowering the maximum clock to slightly lower the performance. I thought gsmarena would experiment with this function, but I was a little disappointed.

As long as its durable enough to last 2 years(I will put it in a good case for sure), I would be happy. Its missing telephoto camera but I rarely used it that much. I would like Samsung to put periscope camera on S2x(not just ultra). Then I will upgrade from flip 4 to that. I am not a huge fan of 7" candy bar phone. I would like to try Fold as well but its too expensive for my taste. May be next year with pre-order bonus and $900 off for this device might tempt me to give it a shot. Let us see how things go.

I got mine in the mail last night. Seems pretty good so far. I've never used a foldable and my last phone is a Galaxy S10. It's fun flicking open the phone one handed, the hinge feels sturdy and quite stiff. It's fast and the main camera takes nice pictures - I set a photo of my dog as the background for the cover screen. So whenever I pull out my phone to check the time I see a picture of her and it's kind of nice.
It's a cool device, and I'm enjoying using it, but I'm not sure if I'll keep it long term. I'll likely use it for a couple of seasons and then trade it in next year and get something with a nice telephoto lens
