i still dont see the purpose of a flip phone. if any, it actually makes the user experience worse, as we now not only need to pull the phone out of our pocket, we still need to unfold it, before we can use it. In the old days before smartphones, flip devices makes perfect sense as we seldom use the phone other than making calls or texting now and then. But fast fwd today, phour phones are now doing so much more, and as such we keep taking it out for every little thing, from calling a taxi, or checking emails. that flip process is more a hindrance than a benefit, to be honest. And mechanically, it's negatively impacting the device's durability. unless manufacturer's could slim the phone tremendously, i dont see any reason whatsoever, to get a flip phone

The coolest thing I could do with my Samsung E770 flip phone in 2006 was to open it with one hand (weight only 85g !). Great feeling. Can't do that anymore with Z Flip in 2022...

Look at this, and check the image quality on MI No... moreProblems with corner quality can be found even on interchangable lenses of digital cameras or on compact cameras. Compared to past times the lens of Flip is excellent. Images are sharp, focused, that's good.
And unlike the Xperia or Xiaomi they are not soft and for the given resolution have plenty of detail.
