Video recording in ultrawide mode is missing in my IQOO9. I am pretty sure it was there before some time. Can someone help me with that?

This phone is noting special but it is an all round no nonsense smartphone(except for the overheating issue)

Would be interested if 4k was available in the ultra wide. Can't think of a good reason why it isn't.

The smaller the batteries of their s... moreWell this only has a capacity of 4350 mAh, but regardless, it's not a Vivo problem it's a Qualcomm/Samsung problem.
The last phone they reviewed from Vivo with a battery capacity of 4200 mAh or below (it was the V23 with 4200 mAh) scored 103 hours. It used the Dimensity 920. This uses the horrendous 888+. The IQOO 9 Pro with the 8 Gen 1 scored 97 hours with the 4700 mAh battery it has.
The 888/888+/8 Gen 1 have all been Samsung's fault. If the IQOO 9 Pro had an 865 (which was from TSMC not Samsung) it would've probably scored 104 hours.
I got that estimate because of GSMArena's test of the Xiaomi Mi 10 which had a 4780 mAh battery and the 865 and scored 109 hours. But that was with a 90hz display. Fortunately they tested it at 60hz which gave it 4 more hours. So if you subtract 4 from 109 you get 105, then subtract 1 more hour due to the 80 mAh difference.

Hey, I just want to clarify something - all iQOO 9 phones support 4K@24/30/60fps with the main camera, as well as 1080p@30/60fps. The ultrawide camera is limited to 1080p@30fps. There was a mixup on the specs page and specs lists, but everything should be correct now. Thank you for noticing!

I don't understand vivo's battery efficiency
The smaller the batteries of their smartphones the higher the battery life gets
This is a consistent pattern with them just check on Gsmarena virtually all their low 4k mah battery smartphones get over 100h but once they hit 5000mah they perform below average

Guys, all you need to read is this part,
"The worst part is that the iQOO 9 becomes UBEARABLY HOT when reaches its critical temperature, so hot that we picked it up and then threw it away across the room. This is not healthy either for us, or for the phone."
