I've been using this phone for over one year now and I've not noticed any problem with it. The phone is so smooth that scrolling through the apps is so easy. The cameras are fantastic. It is also very rugged. My grandson has dropped it on a concrete floor several times but not a single crack is visible.
The battery last much longer than my othe phones. The only snag about this phone is to me it's heavy weight. I find it uncomfortable walking with it in my pocket.
Does it support/have Samsung Secure Folder app?
Overall good phone. Good oleofobic screen, good cameras.
Rangefinder is useless, never worked correctly.
Buttons are very weak for this huge phone! Simply lean it on dashboard causes power button to remain pressed and phone restarts...

Maybe your device was dropped?
If you use the macro camera to take a picture of another phone's pixels up close it can crash the phone for a little bit
I have had this phone for 4 months and these are a few things about the Ulefone Armor 13 that I have noticed in its daily use.
>It overheats when charging;
>Battery goes on for about 3 to 4 days;
>Sometimes it loses sensitivity around the edges(top and bottom) and you have to rub the screen a lot to get it working again;
>Does not screen share via its original application;
>Buttons are very loose which makes them lose sensitivity after a while;
>Following the previous point, the red button should be firmer, as I find myself with the flash constantly on (this one being in my pocket) programmed with two clicks;
>Although it doesn't break, the frame scratches and dents easily (not a bad thing since you don't lose your phone, but don't expect an indestructible machine);
>The digital sensor doesn't recognize my fingers (I work as an assembly technician);
>It doesn't have the best sound quality, but it has a somewhat good volume power;
>The camera in macro mode, is not the best and it has a bluish color;
>It's constantly stopping music/videos (may be because it notices inactivity on the device);
>From time to time I can no longer use the recent apps function(with the only solution I found was to restart);
>And I think they should inform that the infrared only gets about 40 meters and it has to be a bit dark to work with these longer measurements;
>Wireless charging mode doesn't work (well it works for like a split of a second and you will have to fiddle with the position).
NOt reliable. Had it for 1 month and then the connection to mobile data started to become unereliable. REALLY SAD to return it. I loved everything else about this phone from the substantial feel at hand, the powerful loooong lasting battery, bright flashlight, programmable side button, etc etc. The price versus the specs were too good to be true.
Overall it's a brilliant phone but I can't get Google pay to work,has anyone else had the same problems ? Every thing ticks off on my nfc but when I hold the phone to the card reader get nothing
The Headset-Free FM Radio and multifunctional case are making it to stand out.
It's an ok phone, got it for someone with disabilities and made it accessable using a custom launcher and additional accessibility features. Individual doesn't use the PTT but instead uses it for special needs quick launches. If you want an app hider which the default launcher does not support I would suggest using Microsoft launcher
D.S.P, 14 Dec 2021Can you read????? It says it DOES support reverse charging, in 2 places. This model have a reverse charging! I have that phone and charge everyday my another phone (S8)
That's it support wireless charging
The curve is good for distance measurement, it allows better accuracy and from any direction. Walls aren't generally perfectly square.

Considering 71% screen to body ratio, which is a ratio that applies to phones in a time when screen to body ratio wasn't a conversation and some cases front facing camera wasn't a thing either, and still punching the screen for camera... I would think just full screen would be less expensive than the hole punched one.
In any other ways, this phone is a beauty in the eyes of the beholder.
Really disappointed by the punch hole. All that bezel and they still ruined the screen? I was looking forward to this model for a while but that's a deal breaker. There's literally no reason for it. Gross.
EzRock, 19 Dec 2021This is an Amazing device Amazing for battery life. Mediocre in every other category. Perfectly serviceable but I would not call it amazing by any means
D.S.P, 14 Dec 2021Can you read????? It says it DOES support reverse charging, in 2 places. "The phone does not offer reverse wired charging,..."
Explain this in the review then. Can you read?!!!
