Been using mine for 3 years plus now , no issues , gaming and movies are great, no issues whatsoever.... I am due for an upgrade and havnt found anything that I could replace it with ( same type of price points but with abit more...its been tough.

This is literally the worst phone I've had in my life. It's so slow. I have to optimize this phone 3-5 times a day. Screen never points at the correct place. It's so bad ergonomically that you always need two hands to hold to do anything. Otherwise, it will fall out of your hands. 1/5 for this phone. I bought it thinking samsung was the leader in the cell phone industry. Never buying another Samsung phone ever.

I regret buying Samsung A72. I've had other phones before this and they've all lasted for years whereas this phone, I've only been using it for a year when it starts having problems. First, it stopped reading my sim card-it says No Sim card although I had sim card inserted and sim card was working properly when inserted to a different phone. Second, the screen would suddenly freeze so I had to keep doing the hard reset just so I could use it. Third, it wouldn't even charge properly it would say my phone's temperature was too low. Seriously, THIS PHONE WAS INFURIATING. What a TRASH phone. Such a waste of money!

My A72 phone touch screen doesn't respond. After trying different options finally done the factory reset. But the probles is still there.

Some feature are missing like weather app , In edge panel just open selected apps in perverse models have clipboard, notes, compass 🧭, counter ,stop watch and some others but now they all are missing please improve.

I would like to thank SAMSUNG for the A72 version. Honestly, I bought this phone 4 years ago and got no operativity problems at all. It is large, that means you can easily watch movies on it. The camera quality is awesome. I simply love it. Thank you, SAMSUNG!

Under sun light the phone become very hot and visibility very low although the brightness 100 %.
