why is nobody saying that hdr video capture is only active on the main camera and only at 4k 30fps?. Had I known this, I would probably have bought an iPhone. I could not buy this phone. I just bought it and still haven't used it.

Xiaomi has gradually taken off the budget phone image over the years, that sort of things falls under Poco. But even if you're disagree, calling this specific handset "a budget" is simply idiotic.

That's not correct. The Vivo X60 Pro+ main camera should produce more background blur thanks to the larger entrance pupil diameter. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 103mm camera should produce more background blur as well.
