the best phone i ever used. call me crazy. but this phone is for the the typical hard core everyday user.
Battery still last very well even after 3/4 years. with daily charge.
replaced the screen twice haha.
Charging quite fast as well.
camera is okay, but i dont use it much other than takin photos for work.
Honestly, if redmi produces this kind of phone once more but on 5g. ill buy it again.

Connectivity with Wifi was always the biggest issue for me. Is there any way i can go back to MIUI 13??

I've had my xiaomi redmi 9t since they first came out. ..over 2 years now? I have never experienced a dead boot. but then, I learned a long time ago how to finetune my apps. basically setup my phone so that all the apps I don't normally need are not active until I actually need them. in other words, I configured them in MIUI to be shutdown when I turn on the phone. my guess is people who experience dead boot have all of their apps turning on when they turn on their phones. ..which ends up in dead boot. moral of the story.. learn how to finetune your apps.

Being using this phone for 2yrs+ now, my nightmares on this phone started ever since this last MIUI update to 14 which I highly don't recommend. I'm now experiencing a deadboot issue, phone lags, has always had a poor Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connection, I guess that's due to poor antenna.
Overall the phone is just good at average and nothing more. Xaiomi company should focus more on upgrading the standard of their phones instead producing new model every 2wks.

Nearly two years and Android 12 in February and MIUI 14 today. Everything works good. My previous Sony and Motorola didn't get two OS updates. Xiaomi is not that bad as some people say.

I bought this new, shortly after launch, UK version,£159, after returning a Xiaomi redmi 8, & wanting cheapest 5G. Never liked either, due to involving denying every allowable permission; uninstalling deadweight apps; installing other necessary apps. Camera average to good enough. Still running on Android 10; glad it wouldn't let me update, from reading GSM worldwide Xiaomi owner complaints - including updates! Never again. Maybe next an A52s, or older Samsung S model. GSMarena I will continue to use.👌

Redmi 9T is water resistant and I accidentally proved it today. My redmi 9t was submerged in the water, less than 4 inches, for more than 5 hours and when I accidentally found it covered in sand, when I turned it on, it still works and no problems found.

it wont deadboot until we restart the phone after updating MIUI UPDATE,althought of that i really wanna know what is the main problem that causing deadboot?software isnt safe to update or it is a factory hardware problem?,hope someone can tell me and hopefully it is a XIAOMI specialist that can explain about this phone malfunction,because i got a news there's still got deadboot problem even they not updating the software,so how was it?Software or Hardware?just curious about it.Please someone✌️
