I just can't belive how bad this phone is. I've got one as a present last year, but I'm on the verge of selling it. It's horrible to use with that curved mess on the sides (not to mention the color distortion in that area), the battery life is a disgrace, the audio quality sucks... Hell, even my Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro can do better than this garbage. The only good thing could be the camera, but they also managed to mess that up since it has a chance to become defocused thanks to an engineering oversight. I'm also not a fan of the front camera's hole and the the absence of the audio jack, but that's an industry standard nowadays, so it's hardly a specific problem with this phone.
Even my oldtimer Galaxy S II gave me more satisfaction with all of it's faults.

Very Disappointed with the phone (Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5g). first mother board issue, replaced mother board with Samsung service center after that Screen got green lines on it. what an unfortunate, all these problems came just after out of warranty period. Checked with Samsung... as usual simply ignored by Samsung service center.

My phone is Galaxy Note20 Ultra, everytime I call my fiance.. he would complain a lot on how he couldn't hear my voice properly on his end of the line; saying that my voice is too weak even though I'm talking very clearly and almost shouting completely just for him to hear me.
Phone doesn't get wifi signal, even though the wifi has strong signal. It would disconnect me a lot. My Galaxy A51 is much stronger on catching the signal than my Note20 Ultra. 😤😤😤
Green and Pink Vertical lines appeard on the screen recently.
(Note20 Ultra) They say, its because of the software update.
I'm glad my A51 didn't get the same problem. Still, I am so dissapointed... i thought having the latest means having additional better features and more secure, but I was wrong. If only they could fix the vertical lines and remove it just by having another software update then maybe I wouldnt be complaining anymore. Because I definitely wouldn't stop bringing up this issue unless they do some magic to fix this.

With the price nearly RM4k, it is laughable coz it does not come with safetiness. When I bought it, the phone was purely naked and I had to go to the mobile phone accessory shop to put on the screen protector. However with such curves, no screen protector can protect it enough. I had tried about a dozen type of screen protector and the expensive one costed me about a hundred ringgit. In less than a month, the screen protector will peel off by itself. FYI the backside of the smartphone is so fragile similar to the front/screen of the phone. It is not suitable for a people on the go like me and work around construction projects. When i dropped it, both of it sides crashed to pieces, like a glass. Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED unless Samsung supplies a suitable protection along with the phone. With the same price, its better to buy an old Iphone.
