Bes production phone. All updates 3 years in use. Overpowers most phones to this day. Oneplus dint dissapoint. Its the best price best thing to buy. Well the new model are weaker then my old phone thats a bit shame. Since comparing benchmark after 3 years oneplus 7t is better then oneplus 10t. Kinda strange because technology has evolved. Seems they started to go cheap on parts

Currently got a 10 Pro but the standby time isn't as good as 7T though.

Qualcomm Crash Dump - 2 years and 9 months and the phone suddenly died on me leaving me handicapped. Authorised service centre behaved as if they have seen this problem many times before and said they don't have a solution! Checked with some other repair centre and they said OnePlus phones now have this recurring problem. Some friends also later told me their OnePlus phone had died on them all of a sudden. I used to swear by OnePlus quality and all family members are using OnePlus phones. Incidentally, I am writing on a OnePlus 3 which I have kept as a backup.. working fine after 7 years but reduced battery life.. Utterly disappointed with OnePlus who, I thought were in line to compete with iPhone!

Pratima, 16 Oct 2021I had bought oneplus 7t for my daughter one year back & one mornings just after 6 month... moreit is either the touch screen or a viral update. My 7T lasted 3 years (ai am a 1 or 2 per year new phone guy) but the phone just performs above competitors and paid like $400 vs $1000+ for Samsung or iPhone. The Gorilla Glass touch screen broke and it still turns on and is operating as I connected via USB C to manipulate , etc. I re screened it with Gorilla Glass 5 and it's been dropped 20 feet no problems. WELL built phones. I bought the 8 Pro and gave 7t to fiance. Now looking at 9 Pro and 10 pro, honestly the differences (battery charge ??) outside that I don't see vital changes but they are $100 apart. Again we'll built and inexpensive in comparison and quality...

I had bought oneplus 7t for my daughter one year back & one mornings just after 6 months it suddenly dead & not working at all. Unfortunately I could not take benefit of warranty period due to my hectic life. I showed the phone in authentic service station but they told me to change motherboard for 24500 rs.But I surely tell you can't rely on oneplus. Now I am planning for samsung mobile phone of 24500 rs cost.

Horrible phone. Lost respect for gsmarena's reviews after using this one. Except for the camera there is nothing good about this phone. Battery life is 6-7 hrs with minimal to moderate usage. Hangs like windows xp and weighs as much as a tablet. Good bye One Plus

Dominique, 11 Aug 2020Can you recommend OP7T to replace my Mate 20? How's its battery back up and photo quality?I'm using this phone for almost an year now and I must say it is one of the best android phones out there even now. The cameras are pretty good, gaming and user experience has been wonderful. I wasn't disappointed for anything till now except for the lack of a headphone jack. You can go for it even now.
