Over heating while charging, no back ground apps running check everything but i dont know why, normally heats when we use for more tbats fine but even mobile was on complete idle and put on charging heating too much..
Please fix it.

finger print and face recognition is not working.so got to go to service center and those guys updated software, then its working properly but i dnt know whats went wrong again the same repeats on the same day.
can u guys tell me whats worng with this honor play? orderd from amazon its not even a month. whats the issue?

Any of u guys got line intrnet problem in some place at your area?my sister using honor 8x.when we going walk in shopping mall,my 4g+ suddently dissapear and cannot using any internet.but my sister still had it & perfectly functional as ussual on her 8x.also we using the same simkad.any of u guys got same issue with me?bcause i think this honor play antena cannot pull the line strongly.when we outside the mall it bcame normaly.

I updated my honor play to Android 9 emui 9. What happened to the Antutu benchmark and Geekbench scores? I was shocked. Antutu went down to around 150k from 200k, less in geekbench too. Anyone know the reason? Anyhow I don't feel any lag or slowdown... Performance and battery life are very good.

Overall for me it is best mobile for gaming and day to day performance. Camera is also good but colours pop too much which hides natural colour. Optimization is best and speed is best . Only heating sucks 😢

I bought this phone recently and I'm totally dissatisfied by it's camera & EMIUI's screen dimming issue. It persist even after formatting, updating & replacing. Honor play's camera doesn't take natural shots, noise is noticeable, no details can be found. Battery backup is impressive & charges quickly.Tons of bloatware was installed specially from facebook.
