Small battery, no sd card slot, no ir blaster, no FM radio unlike its cheaper midrange offerings. It has become another run of the mill flagship with a clear motive for planned obsolescence in a year or two.

Not very detailed review,i wait for global release review.can someone confirm about led notification light,is it multi colour or just white color like Last year Xiaomi phones.

Anonymous, 28 Jun 2018After seeing the weak benchmarks results I changed my mind for the Mi8 I was also shocked, but then... take a look at this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a56lEY6RvPk 268k sounds much better... As stated in the review, there may be a problem with ROM.

I hope GSMarena reviewer turned off MIUI optimization option in Developer options before running benchmarks.

Anonymous, 28 Jun 2018Thats a good price for the Mix 2s, but I personally prefer Amoled displaysi prefer lcd. No screen burn in issue for long term. Planning to use my mix 2s for 2 years atleast. So far its worth the price. Cheapest snapdragon 845 phone you can get in Msia. The rear camera is very good too. While the front camera is pretty bad quality aside from the weird placement(not a problem for me just that the quality matter)
plus NO NOTCH
is my reason to get Mix2s over Mi8. A day after the announment of Mi8, I straight away purchase mix2s :)

sadly,i don't like where xiaomi is going....is used to be great value for money,but seeing some basic things that defined xiaomi gone(like 4.000 mah battery, ir blaster, apearence of a notch) just doesn't feel right....also, as if it wasn't enough, i don't feel that the phone software is well optimized as well, given that the 3.400 battery has 86 hours endurance rating, seems kinda low.

camera quality is poorer.
video only up to 30fps, but the oneplus6 can do 60fps at 4K
everything else loses to oneplus6.
