Since I changed the sim I have lost all my apps with Microsoft and unable to get my outlook nhs mail.
It worked ok before so I returned back to my olld sim but still have lost the app or to launch it

Until now my phone still snappy and working with no issues aside from the degradation of the battery. I recently replaced the battery and now back to normal.

I have this phone since mid 2018, so it will be 3 years of full usage. The phone was never in water, maybe some dust, but quickly after 2years of guarantee time, the speaker for phone calls died. Battery is also poor and I have occasionally wet warning when charging. Now I'm forced to buy new phone and i definitely won't buy Samsung.
