I think it was ingenious that they incorporated many ideas into one product and enabled technologies to be used by different manufacturers.
There is no fault in copying,....unless you do not have a television set or ever watched sports like soccer or the Olympics ? Aint all the tv sets very similar ? aint all the footballers doing similar things ? And I can swear that all the athletics such as swimmers or sprinters are doing the exact things as their competitors, only trying to be better and/or faster.
BTW, IOS and android are very different os...

first of all the iphone copied the htc with there design and the antenna. only thing iphone changed was the position of the camera. the vivo looks like both. but every phone maker has to start from some where
