This is the worst mobile ever I used, I only used it for three months. I lost the original warranty and the company refused to service. It has a display issue. I switched from sony then, I will never use their smartphones ever.

Don't buy this phone, awful battery life, heating very fast, charging port on side make damage very easy to charging cable + sony give us very short cable.. Full of regret after buy this phone

i was purchase a MOBILE PHONE SONY C4 DUEL , MODEL NO E5363 last year 9/8/2015. In a one year many types of problem occur in my phone i was submitted 4 to 5 times in Sony service centre for changing to BATTERY , MOTHERBOARD and latest problem in TOUCH-PAD ,and many times hanging problem frequently occur .now my phone are submitted in service centre.
I was thinking Sony is best brand but it is very disappointed to me.

I have Xperia c4, it is Under warranty. Very bad phone, heating problem, battery problem. I had submit my phone in service station 4 times, and 2 times mother board change by Sony service station, but phone can't work properly yet. It's very very bad service by sony. It's headache. No satisfied support from customer support.

I brought this c4 handset 4days back. My problem is camera hangs, no battery life& at outside when I take calls it heats up very fast. I am planning to return this coz I shopped online.
