I have been using this phone for 2yrs now, this is one of the best phones. Though it heats up a bit, battery has gone a bit but the mullti tasking was lag free. I have nokia neadphone volume n effect was good. I dont see any negative except for dedicated service station.

My HTC one e9plus has problem with ear piece, but speaker is okay, I am force use it on loud speaker. What might be be the problem.

Really fed up on this phone ..with in six months ..continuesly switching off..no battery life..need to keep an another phone backup..loss of too much money

My phone battery backup also not there. If I charge 100% also without using within 6/7 hours its switched off. And Bluetooth also its not working. Another thing screen shot also not able take always. Cameras stopping in between talking pic.So friends don't buy this phone.

It appears the E9+ and M9+ use a Wolfson DAC (as with many other Mediatek devices) with Class-D headphone amplifier. They noticed some odd peaks with IMD and THD at high volume but it's fine after a step down (same with the M9+ and regular M9).

The phone is fast processing with a good camera, but unfortunately it has many problem ... I returned that phone on the 7th day I bought it..,
1- it overheats very hard that I can't put it in my ears , and this happens after browsing the internet, Facebook , specially YouTube !!
2- it takes too long to fully charge to 100% as it takes about 5-6 hrs
3-there is a main problem in its design, it has it's mike at the top left of the mobile that will not help u to be able to hear easily while u r calling someone while ur holding it on your left ear
4- battery I horrible !!
To cut it short, HTC became to downgrade in its products !!
