I waited for a month after buying the phone to make a comment. I have a 640XL Dual Sim.
Battery is great as I can use it for 2 days with the data connection. Display also gives you some good performance. Not getting heat at all as my previous phone Lumia 920. Camera is very good in daylight and focusing is excellent. Phone is slim and light weight than it looks a like. To me Windows OS is way better than Android. Altogether Lumia 640 XL is very good phone at that price range. And definitely this phone gives you a different status.

I want to buy this phone, but not sure if 1 GB RAM enough for such a robust phone will it lag during video call are reboot if heavy applications are used.

Most comprehensive review and I found it very useful. Your credibility however is lessened (for me) by your very poor use of the language, putting doubt in my mind as to your ability to judge anything.

I want to buy this lumia 640 XL, Need to know the more... more640 xl is a nice phone for thr price range, good big screen, camera is very good, one big problem, there is a chance of having a yellow spot at the screen corner after a few months of usage, google it, it's not in every phone but u may have it.

I want to buy this lumia 640 XL, Need to know the more experience of users of this model should i blindly go for this phone ???

which is best 3G or 4G because in some part of the India there is no 3g support then 4G is out of the question even though the 3G works better depend on service provider. Confused between LTE and 3G MRP also different.

Lumia 640 xl lte is just awesome. Good and big display, excellent battery, no heating issues. Excellent camera

I recently purchased 640 XL Dual SIM. The phone is amazing and so lively. It has a style that is unique to Nokia/Microsoft! Previously I used Lumia 620 (still own it)....and now change to 640 XL for its Phablet features. Browsing, reading e-books, playing videos are so smooth and enjoyable. The battery is the USP of this phone. You need not charge necessarily for 100%...charging 60 or 70% itself will run for a day and above! I am not really exaggerating..!Have it, you will love it :)

SjanUK, 14 Sep 2015Does anyone know if the second sim on the 640 XL LTE Dual SIM, reverts to 2G (GSM)?It can if you want it to.... Just go into Mobile and Sim settings and you can choose from there. Mine uses 4G for,my main Sim and my Sim 2 is 3g. There's a setting for 2g but unless I have to I wouldn't use it nowadays.

I bought Lumia 640 XL LTE few days ago and I very satisfaced. Nice and easy to hadle it. I never back again to Android platform, which I considered is GREAT FRAUD. When you buy Microsoft Lumia smartphones, you buy hardware and OS - great OS - I must say. Android is freeware and "Sh.. t" OS.
Win 8.1 is smooth OS, and when get Win 10 mobile I think that Lumia works much better and esaiest.
I have big hand, so size of Lumia 640 XL is fit to me. Big screen 5,7" is very good.
This is beautiful and fine phablet for this prize. I must say that is some Samsung is good phones (and very expensive), but provide similar or equal function like a Lumia 640 XL (an, by the way, cheaper).
So, my opinion is - inform about your next phones on this site, to buy a good performans and good value phones and I recommending Microsoft Lumia colection.

Dual sim lag the phone or still snappy
Youtube not supported coz google not like microsoft.

Microsoft you are also launching phones with higher features this is grate but Microsoft failed to give standards like NOKIA. And you don't have direct camera 📷 shot button also like NOKIA phones. And battery is also not good as NOKIA please check about this and give solutions to these problems

I contacted service centres 3 time in 3 months and they replaced my screen 3 times and still after replacing it 3 times I having the problem of yellow spot ... Service centres are just constantly changing the display again and again ... They r just looking for hardware change instead of softwares problems.... Overall Lumia 640 xl is the best phone I'm loving it took much but only the problem is of the yellow spot nothing else.
