Xiaomi Android Redmi

Redmi launched the Redmi Note 7 last month in China, and the company is all set to launch the Redmi Note 7 Pro with better specs this week. The smartphone has already popped up on TENAA with its images, but now, we are looking at some high-quality press renders of the Redmi Note 7 Pro which give us a better look at it.

Press renders of the Redmi Note 7 Pro have been leaked by leakster Ishan Agarwal which show us that the smartphone looks almost the same as the Redmi Note 7. These renders also confirm that the Redmi Note 7 Pro will be available in at least three colors - Black, Blue, and Red.

While Redmi has confirmed that it will launch the Redmi Note 7 Pro this week, it hasn't revealed the date of launch. However, Agarwal claims that the company will launch two Redmi smartphones on February 28 - one is the Redmi Note 7 which will be launched in India, and the other is the Redmi Note 7 Pro.

This probably means that the debut market for Redmi Note 7 Pro will be India. Or we may see this smartphone go official on February 26 or 27 in China.

Lastly, Agarwal also claims that the Redmi Note 7 Pro will come in 4 GB RAM + 64 GB storage configuration. But, it's worth noting that Redmi CEO has previously confirmed that the Redmi Note 7 Pro will come with 6 GB RAM and 128 GB storage.

Unlike the Redmi Note 7, the Redmi Note 7 Pro will rock a 48 MP sensor sourced from Sony. The smartphone is also expected to come with Snapdragon 675 SoC under the hood.

Now this would be a worthy contender for Huawei's Honor View 20. Both of them may use exactly the same Sony camera, but that doesn't mean they produce exactly the same photo quality. This should be interesting.

I hope that this has the Close-loop VCM tech like the Mi 9 because it has the same sensor.
