The Realme 10 series launch is right around the corner and we managed to get some verified info directly from Madhav Sheth (Realme VP and Head of Realme International) about the Realme 10 chipset, battery and cameras ahead of the November 9 announcement.
Sheth confirmed to us that Realme 10 will debut with MediaTek’s Helio G99 chipset alongside up to 16GB dynamic RAM (8GB onboard and 8GB virtual). We also got more details on the phone’s cameras – a 50MP main shooter and a 16MP selfie cam. Realme prioritized the camera performance on the Realme 10 and despite the lower megapixel count compared to the outgoing Realme 9 and its 108 MP main camera, Sheth is confident that the 50MP shooter will deliver comparable results.
Realme 10 chipset, display and RAM details
Realme 10 is equipped with a 5,000 mAh battery with 33W charging just like its predecessor. We got confirmation that the phone can last a whole day with heavier usage that includes gaming. A 0-50% charge will take approximately 28 minutes.
We'll be sharing the full interview with Madhav Sheth. Keep an eye on our homepage on Sunday to learn more about the Realme 10, the company's number series and future plans.
