My superzoom after 4 years broke suddenly too. Boot loop but repaired temporarily(for 2 weeks) with heat gun (heating CPU). CPU reball would help.

my x3 superzoom unbootable suddenly, while im open the app it is hang, then i go for hard reboot (press down volumm and power botton). after that no more boot again. this phone only last for 2 years 1 month. i loast my all data. Wont buy REALME product any more. very bad experience. sent to repair, tech told it is cause by the CPU (snapdragon 855+ chipset). shit product.

realme 3x superzoom update nov26 2024. my phone suddenly broke. don't want to open stuck on the logo. and if it does open, it lag so much that you don't know if it will break or what and it turn off suddenly, if i try to open its very hard in short dont want to open... anyone else experienced this?

Realme X3 superzoom had updates for two years and thats all. Today some of the useful apps does not work correctly. I have to reboot the device at least once a day. And after charging. The device behaves strangely. I do not think it is a hardware issue but instead a software issue. Every app is updated up until the latest with no better results. I still blame Realme for the lack of responsibility. The hardware can still manage larger apps and games according to data.
From my experience the conclusion is: i will never buy a Realme device from now on!

tb2, 13 Aug 2024I agree, and i will never buy a Realme device!!!Will not buy another Realme. Good phone, good quality but stop update after Android 12 and RUI 2.0. Not possible to unlock bootloader for MY. It seem India and Indonesia can unlock bootloader.

Yes brother fully recommended mobile realme x3 it's camera 64 megapixel and it's superb and very very smoothly working no heating and no any issue and working very fact in some condition 2 days old I going to A function and working as function photography and videography like family and h have edit the video it's supported 4k video edit with fully smoothly and editing video complete in 4 gb and optimization and exporting it's superb still 4 year old but working like king... Only 1 think to today I shift in 5g because it's not 5g

After 4 years the day it released, I'm still using it. Still in a good shape, it's just the battery a bit worn-out in terms of usage. For the specs, still significant to the games you could play but move back a bit from ultra to high settings.probably, next year I'll buy a new phone but still this will be my second phone. Thank you Real me.

Mat, 20 Dec 2023Why stuck android 11 no update android 12from my experience i've had a realme before it broke down, they take too long to release android updates to their older phones but you'll get it (for me it took them 2 years to give 11 as the last update for my x2 pro).
