Arguably, one of the most exciting new features on this year's iPhone 16 series is the new Camera Control button, which technically isn't a button. It's a pressure-sensitive area with a precise haptic motor that imitates a physical press of a button. Well, Chase Xu, Realme's VP and CMO, teased the same "button" on an unannounced phone in a Weibo video.
Chase Xu explains you can launch the camera instantly and then use the button for various controls, including zoom. To be frank, it doesn't look as smooth as on the iPhones, but this is a pre-production sample, after all, so it will probably get better when it's released.
Chase implies that the button uses the same technology as Apple's Camera Control key and then later clarifies that this isn't the company's awaited flagship - the Realme GT7 Pro. Still, it looks like Realme has been working on the feature for a while now and it's almost ready to be released.

GSMArena is biggest Apple fanatic ever for sure. Since when god damn button became Apple's button? Other companies had already that one decades beforr Apple, especially Sony. Oh boy...
