A budget phone with a good camera, decent charging, some unusual technologies, and a standard processor. It's also water-resistant (I tried getting it wet in every way possible). It has good sound and a few Android updates. Most importantly, it has an ad-free interface right out of the box, unlike the new Redmi. The only downside is durability: fragile components.

I've had a relative who owned a realme c55 and let me tell you, it's not worth it. Realme can make some good models, but when it's about budget phone they fail miserably. There's very little customization (mainly focused on application icons), sluggish animations, unstable wifi and even boot failures, i had to help them boot into recovery mode twice... My advice is to spend a little more than just 120 euros and buy a redmi or a motorola, trust me you won't be disappointed by expading your budget just by a bit.

I will never ever recommend this phone for any one to buy cos it has bad internet connection its very inconsistent it even gets worst when it changed from 4g to h+ not random but everyday every minute every seconds and most of their secret codes doesn't support

V, 26 Aug 2024I bought C55 for gaming in January 2024 and can say that it did better in first months compare... morebattery saver limits the fps to be >30 fps and severe visual clutters.. wont be very comfortable to use when gaming except if u play really light games that dont need high fps like candy crush..
but the update part is really true.. shouldn't update any patch cuz it can make the phone more laggy especially the android 14 update.

Excellent phone. Great reliability, good battery life even with gaming. It is not very laggy, and it is mindblowing how durable it is. You could drop it from a skyscraper without it stopping working

Im already using this phone for a year. battery is very good, if charged for 100% and u didnt use for gaming, it can last for a day and half. the camera also good. Recommended.

About your problem even my old samsung had crashes in some games advice remove cache before playing

I w... moreI bought C55 for gaming in January 2024 and can say that it did better in first months compared to later with every update in fact a year ago on release with 8 + 256 the phone been one of the best for its price and chip compared to other phones
What not to do:
Dont play when battery saving is not on
Dont play when custom core is deactivated 3 vs 6 minutes
Never update and most of all only charge from 0 once in 2 months not every month like i did
