I was happy with this purchased model, even though in two years it remains on Android 13 and there are no updates. But the worst thing is that it takes about 1 and a half minutes to turn on, which is frustrating if you urgently need to call. This makes me think twice before buying a Realme.

Being the owner of a Realme 8 Pro, this model attracts me a lot for its camera, just like the 8 Pro. However, after using this Realme 8 for two years, it takes more than 1 and a half minutes to turn on and there will be no more updates since Android 13. So it puts me back from being able to trust Realme.

Marc, 05 Oct 2023Does the 100 mpixel camera deliver? Many are asking questions but no one is responding.
4k video image is viewable but do not expect greatest details. No stabilisation is a downside so only static video whit a steady hand.

They say that the latest update with July patch has so many bugs. It will slow you phone, etc. That's why I'm not updating. Realme wants you to upgrade your phone. Bye realme.

Only 2 yrs support for this phone? Mar 2021 to Apr 2023?
I like realme UI, better than other UI for me, but with only 2 yr support, I will not buy realme phone anymore.

Also no more incoming security updates for this phone. No more support. Last security update is April.

Just upgrade to Android 13 last nite. So far everything is good.
