The Realme 14 Pro comes with the Dimensity 7300 Energy SoC, while the Realme 14 Pro+ has the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chip at the helm. The Pro+ also charges faster (80W vs. 45W) and sports a 50MP periscope telephoto camera. That said, the Pearl White version of both phones is temperature-sensitive, meaning its rear panel changes color when the temperature drops to 16°C or below.
