Early last month, the Poco X5 got official alongside the Poco X5 Pro for global markets, yet strangely only the latter has so far made it to India. That is finally about to change in the near future, however.

The 'vanilla' Poco X5 is due to join its Pro sibling in the Indian market starting on March 14, which is when it's launching over there. The news was revealed today by Poco's Indian arm, so it's as official as it can be.

All eyes are on the All Star. 👀

Latest in line, the POCO X5 5G is all set to launch on 14th March at 12PM on @flipkart.

The month-long delay is undoubtedly weird, but it's almost over now. The launch is taking place on Tuesday at 12 PM local time on Flipkart.

The Poco X5 comes with a 6.67-inch 120 Hz AMOLED touchscreen, the Snapdragon 695 SoC at the helm, 6/8GB of RAM, 128/256GB of expandable storage, a triple rear camera setup (48 MP main, 8 MP ultrawide, 2 MP macro), a 13 MP selfie snapper, and a 5,000 mAh battery with 33W wired charging support. It runs Android 12, disappointingly in this day and age, with MIUI 13 on top.
