Oppo R9s Plus - user opinions and reviews

I have an OPPO R9s plus, and I am having problems with the message notification and WhatsApp, especially the last one it doesn't have any message tone and with the message it rings only once so if I don't have the phone with me I might miss the message until I check if I have messages or not, I am looking for information online to learn how to change these settings but I couldn't find anything about R9s, before I was an iPhone user. Could someone please help me? thanks

1st use note 5 almost 1 year, screen and battery problem
2nd huawei mate 9, use 3 month then already claim for warranty problem screen, use 1 month more problem with speaker, try to claim warranty but wait for 2month, they say they dont have stock because have many to change
3rd oppo r9s plus, not really good in loud speaker mode, coverage not strong like huawei, until now i still disappointed, I wish i buy i phone from before this.

Oppo sucks. Doesnt have nfc and gos signal strength is the worst compared to s brand or a brand. Battery consumes fast as u used it after few months. Running on a ddr3 ram its a scam to all customer even it is a 6gb ram. Screen cracks so easily. Not worth buying oppo i rather go get a vivo phone at least its cheaper and same specs as oppo. Oppo u r a scammer.
