No easy way for hard reset cause it's like a factory reset now what about I forget my password

i have bought OPPO R9s plus but it over consumes powe and over heats, then has no google apps like google play service, play store, Google service net framework, and i cant download them.

Gundud, 06 Oct 2020Easy to overheat.... Can this phone upgraded to android 9?My oppo r9s plus is very good in functioning and beauty, but its easily over heated , please the developers get us a solution to upgrade it to at least android version 10 -11

Using it 4 years and still on original battery.
Just couple months ago problem with internal microphone and often must use Bluetooth earphone .
If I could buy another again I will definitely keep the same model .
