I bought this phone in April 2018 and it still works extremely well. I wish they would continue withsoftware upgrades. I have had to buy a new phone because apps no longer work on it.

Still using my oppo rs11 in 2022. I have dropped the phone so many times. Even jamed it between car door on accident. And phone still handles and runs CODM. Game. Its 5yrs old and still competes with my wifes samsung s22.... Ive owned htc, apple, samsung and this oppo by far is the best. Still runs perfect today. Does overheat more during my game butnm i havnt needed top end phone since using the oppo. Im pretty sure im gonna upgrade to oppo again when i need to

Guys if you need updates for your version, head to Oppo's website and hit a country in which your phone was offered. For the regular one go to Singapour or Australia, for the "t" go the the China page, (translate it),
And download the updates from there!
I have a "t" version and I just installed the latest (2 weeks old) update - 2nd update on android 8.1

Pros: brilliant hardware specs, amazing benchmark performance, fantastic camera.
Cons: the most appalling use of the Android OS I have yet encountered. Clunky, ugly, inflexible, un-customizable. Forces you to put up with the apps Oppo wants. Its basically an Android recreation of iOS.
I got the phone today. Already reboxed it to return tomorrow. Will be replacing it with something that works, like an HTC
