How is this device expected to be announced a year ago? Guys at the office must have had a long party...
Feanor12, 02 Jan 2024For 4G it often says just "LTE" and nothing more specific for already released phone... moreTechnology

They just post info that they could get - but maybe some of you tech geeks knows something more so that's why I asked you if someone knows how is with B20 band that's all. I'm sure GSM Arena doesn't have more info - if they did they would refresh phone info, right?
Tnx for suggestion anyway.
Feanor12, 02 Jan 2024For 4G it often says just "LTE" and nothing more specific for already released phone... moreThen send GSMArena Support an email about it and maybe they'll fix it or inform you about it
David 040882, 01 Jan 2024Wait for it to be released dude. Of course you're not getting all the specs before it... moreFor 4G it often says just "LTE" and nothing more specific for already released phones also - just look any newer Huawei for instance...
Is there any posibility to see which bands are actually supported? Maybe any other page has more details in this area? 🤷♂️
Duncan50, 02 Jan 2024Global?Not sure, but it's possible. Yet we'll have to wait and see, so don't get your hopes too high
joe nodden, 29 Dec 2023Imagine releasing a flagship phone in 2024 without the ability to shoot in 8K. I hope that... moreBecause most people cant afford 8k tvs, your phone at best has a QHD screen unless its sony in rare case uses, your tablet or laptop at best has a QHD, maybe 4k screen plus you need a multitude of more processing power to record something that will look worse than 4k dolby vision at 60-120fps which the phone has more processing power and computational power to use to produce a smoother, more stable video.
Just because a gaming phone 5 years ago could do 8k doesnt mesn it was any good, also huawei and iphone have the best recording capabilities and neither do 8k. I'd take HDR recording capabilties with different slo mo rates than 8k any day (I'd actually love 4k 1920fps recording or even 1080p at 3840fps/7680fps, my p40 pro did beautiful 720p super slo mo vids, made my iPhone and s20u mates very very jelous.

BMHater12, 30 Dec 2023Blame Nokia and their stupid patentsOr blame the guys not willing to pay for using stolen tech?
why not flat screen? I think 2,5 d must be.
conductor, 30 Dec 2023Expected announcement 2023, January? Typo as much. Unless they meant December 2023 for announcement, which is unlikely.

MasterClass, 01 Jan 2024Why with such computational force they can't create a phone with 8k 60 fps with stabilization?Get a DSLR for that lol
M86k, 31 Dec 2023My S23U does 8K/30, get your facts straight. And as someone said later, there's nothi... moreYou would've been right if storage was unlimited. But not even 512gb would be enough for such.
Why with such computational force they can't create a phone with 8k 60 fps with stabilization?
