The phone developed major software problems and stopped updating after August 2024 And Apps are disappearing and keep saying (App)Stopped Working

After I updated to android 13, the HDR camera feature became automatic only, not on/off option, I wonder why they removed an important feature like this

I bought this phone unused at the end of last year (2023). The battery health was bad. I mean the phone dropped by 2% everytime I checked on it (like ever 5-10 mins). Should I replace the battery? Also great camera runs genshin impact smoothly at 40 fps medium settings cellular data is great it doesn't bug or anything ITS FAST (performance) .fast charging is really fast. my only issues are with the battery.

I've even tried bending it to see how strong it is (obviously not trying too hard) but it seemed fine? In all my time with it, never had any durability issues with it. Maybe it's cos I use a screen protector with it?

I don't actually know what some people want. I have been using this phone for more than a yr and it turns to be my daily drive. It wasn't easy getting used to it as someone coming from Xiaomi environment; however I have had nothing to complain about this phone. It's a BEAST.
Someone wanted buying it from me at a reasonable offer but rejected it cos the phone is very rich.

If anyone listens to the reviews most people post here.. I am sure nobody would buy any phone. you guys complain about practically every phone here.. even the ones I've used and work just fine for me. Shame on most reviewers here.

I am amazed from the blow negative reviews about this fabulous device. Camera, battery and all round performance is absolutely faultless.
